KyrosWorks is one person, independent and not VC-funded, so there is no overnight support desk. Expect a reply within a couple of business days. If a week goes by with nothing, send it again, because that means the first message went astray rather than that it was ignored.
Each app publishes its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store listing and its own site. Nothing here is sold, and no analytics SDKs are embedded in the apps.
